If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it, in its new and re-saleable condition, within 14
days and we will send you a replacement or refund (excluding P&P) –
whichever you prefer. Please note only in stock items can be returned and bespoke items only when faulty and always
in their original packaging complete with all
labels and instructions in an as new condition, at the buyers
expense. Any monies owing will be refunded asap after the unwanted item has been received.In any case please contact me at

Returning goods
When returning goods, we recommend that you obtain a "proof of
postage certificate" free from the post office, for your own benefit. Bebesnuggles accepts no liability for returned items lost in transit.
