Delivery
I aim to make all items within 2 working weeks, if there will be a delay on your order I will inform you.
Please note I do not email confirmation of orders unless there is a problem with it.
I only send items to the registered Paypal address unless you have informed me at time of sale that you wish them delivered to an alternative address.
Payment
Payment must be received before item will be sent.
We accept payment via paypal who uses the most popular credit/debit cards.
Postage
Postage is 99p for most items slings are £2.95, this is within the UK only and is subject to change depending on royal mail postage charges.

Emails
I aim to answer emails within 48 hours, however please be aware I am a wahm and have 4 children and sometimes other family commitments may mean it could take up to 72 hrs.

All sizes of products are approximate they are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen due to variations in screen resolutions.
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return it, in its new and re-saleable condition, within 14 days and we will send you a replacement or refund (excluding P&P) – whichever you prefer. Please note only in stock items can be returned and bespoke items only when faulty and always
in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions in an as new condition, at the buyers expense. Any monies owing will be refunded asap after the unwanted item has been received.In any case please contact me at

Returning goods
When returning goods, we recommend that you obtain a "proof of postage certificate" free from the post office, for your own benefit. Bebesnuggles accepts no liability for returned items lost in transit.

Cooling-off period
